Products and availability

Should an item be out of stock we shall contact you by e-mail and advise of any delays that may be applicable, should the item no longer be available we shall offer you the choice of an alternative item or a refund.

When viewing the products on our website there may be color variations to the actual product due to amongst other things the intrinsic variations in the way colors are displayed on digital computer screens. Please note products made from natural materials may vary to the image displayed because of the unique natural differences in their coloration.

Delivery Policy

Although every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence we will contact you via email and provide a revised delivery schedule.

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangement for re-delivery.

Order processing

An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

For products made to the consumer's specifications or are personalised, a visual representation of the final product will be provided to the customer for approval before the order is processed.

Returns Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days for a refund of the cost of the items.

If you decide to cancel your order, we may have already incurred some costs. This can be for administration, artwork setup or handling charges made by our suppliers for example and there will be a restocking charge deducted from any refund to cover us for these expenses.

Return of the order:

Card and PayPal refunds will be made within three days of receiving the returned items. It may take several more days for your card provider to display the refund on your statement.

You undertake not to utilise the Goods.

Your agreement of purchase will be deemed to have been cancelled, and

You will be liable for the direct costs of returning the Goods, such as courier and/or shipping charges.

For products made to the consumer's specifications or are personalised The Consumer Contracts Regulations that came into force on 13th June 2014 does not apply and therefore the product cannot be returned.

If the product has a manufacturing fault, is delivered damaged or if the goods supplied are not the same goods ordered we will offer a replacement product or full refund within 14 days of delivery. If the goods are not the same as ordered or are damaged this must be immediately reported, within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery.

The goods must be returned to us within a period of 14 days after delivery. In all cases, we will arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you. The goods must be returned as supplied , this means that they must not have been used or worn. You must include their original packaging with bags, tags and any associated packing materials.

Once the goods reach us, we will sign for the delivery and check the condition. You will then be offered a full refund or replacement product. Product exchanges will be delivered to the original delivery address.

In order to log a return please select “Returns” under the Order process menu at the bottom of this page and complete the Product Returns Form that is presented to request an RMA number. Pack the item/s in their original packaging, our courier will contact you to confirm the collection.

Payment and Pricing

All transactions will be processed in British Pounds (GBP).The total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges.

We reserve the right to change products and pricing at any time without prior notice.

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to a refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this website unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by rdmorkwear.co.uk for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
